Battle of the Shapes: Semi Finals 2 of 2

The results are in from the previous battle, and we now have our first finalist. In a convincing win, involving charisma, symmetry, and a complete lack of corners, Circle easily rolled its way into the final round. Some attribute this win to its clear resemblance to coins, poker chips, and jewelry, claiming that bribery may have been involved. But we here at the Non-Review have never, and will never, accept a tangible bribe. (Direct deposits only.) But there is no time left for preposterous allegations anyway, because the last semi-final battle has begun:

Proudest moment: 

Being invited to take part in the Non-Review’s “Battle of the Shapes.”

Biggest regret:
Not working harder at separating its name from the eyeglass business. Lens hates that people think of its name like they do Oranges (color named after fruit—not the other way around) and the Canary Islands (bird named after islands—not the reverse).

 

 

Proudest moment:
Being chosen as the de facto shape of Egyptian building stones.
Biggest regret:
Not realizing it was going to be used to make a big Triangle.
