There can be only one.
"""JUPITER"""
VS
...EARTH...
When Earth was young it was Jupiter's apprentice. For awhile they were like brothers. Jupiter however tried to live its life by a moral code. Earth supposedly the 'chosen one' chose a darker path. Some say that deep inside this colorful planet is a pale sickly planet that is still good.

If you look closely at Jupiter, it looks like a ginormous “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle head.”
ReplyDeleteSeriously, we’re looking at the right side of his head. He’s looking slightly downward.
He has a whitish headband on.
His eye is almost in the middle of his head (see the white and pupil?)
His nose and the line of his mouth are clearly visible.
Or am I just that friggin’ screwed up?
I hated TMNT cartoons (more of an Inspector Gadget type).
So I pick the blue planet!
EARTH FTW!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI've got to give another vote for Earth....
ReplyDeleteJupiter is cooler, but I have to go with Terra Firma, as I live there.
ReplyDeleteEnough of the tension...when are we going to get Pluto...or, since Pluto is a non-planet, maybe we need to pit Pluto against Eros? Or Ida and Dactyl???
Pat, It does kind of have a reptilian look. I liked TMNT when I was younger. Comics were better though.
ReplyDeleteJoe, Though I still consider Pluto a planet, I didn't feel it would be right to put it in such a... scientific study. lol. Though I did briefly consider it battling planet X.
No love for Jupiter peoples? It may not be home, but it sure is perty.

ReplyDeleteSpeaking of Bruce Willis and Terra Firma..
ReplyDeleteAnybody remember this one? "Ah, back to good old Terra Firma, and the Firma the bettah!"
BW quote from "Moonlighting." Loved that show...great dialogue.
Wow, I haven't seen Moonlighting in years.
ReplyDeleteLiving here, I have to go with Jupiter. We must believe there is something better out there, even if it's ruled by the TMNT. Plus it does look much more attractive in those photos, especially since you can only detect the US part of the land on earth.
ReplyDeleteRobyn
I vote for earh!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
Jupiter has always looked like it belongs in the 1970's. (All those browns and oranges in a tacky striped pattern.) Meanwhile Earth has kept up with the times, and has been busy changing anything on it that's green, into nice blacks and grays. And so, I guess since Earth looks better on camera, it should get my vote.
